Italian Greyhound Crochet Pattern (Whippet, Levretka, Greyhound, Galgo, Sighthound, Lurcher), very detailed, very clear instructions and tips with lots of photos for each step.
Size ~ 30 cm/12 inch, I used a yarn of ~ 174 yards/160 m = 1,76 oz/50 g (55%Cotton, 45%Pac) and 2,5 mm crochet hook.
