Lexie The Bat Goodie Bag
Lexie The Bat leads a life full of secrets… secret candy that is! Lexie is a cute amigurumi toy by day and a goodie bag by night. You can hide lots of little treats for your party guests inside her drawstring pouch. Mmm just imagine a row of sleeping bats hanging up on a wall waiting to be played with!
This pattern is written in US crochet terms, with added pictures and charts to help along the way. There are step by step photos detailing how to begin crochet, a guide to assembling the parts and finish the object.
You’ll need to know how to:
- make a Magic Ring
- work a round
- work in a row
- basic crochet stitches (sc, hdc, dc, tr)
- increase & decrease
- chain stitch
- slip stitch.
Finished goodie-bat will measure around 15cm/6” when made in Debbie Bliss Eco Baby with 3.50mm hook. You will need 25g of yarn and two pieces of cord or sting for each bat.
