This is a dress knitted in three parts-cabled waist band, twirly skirt , top. It is seamless (stitches for the skirt and top are picked up from the belt). The pattern is 3 in 1- you could chose to knit only a skirt, a top or a dress.
I have used Bottom up contiguous method for shaping the sleeves, front and back. The pattern incorporates a map that navigates you through the process. Intricate stitch patterns are included,charts are provided for each size.

lilac - 2/3 skein (200m/210y)

For size 8-9 y:
pink colour - (600m/ 656)
blue colour - (600m/ 656y)
lilac - 2/3 skein (300m/328y)
