The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Using a 3.5mm hook will be approx.24.5 cm high & 16cm wide.
I use Stylecraft special double knit but you can use any double knit yarn. Gauge is not important.
It looks gorgeous on a baby blanket & hat set or in a shadow box for a baby gift. It looks great on a bag or wall hanging too.
