This pattern is for a filet crochet Liberty Bell design. This would make a fantastic door decoration for a history teacher or US history buff in your family. Hang it outside on your front door on July 8th, or for any of you’re Independence Day tradition. This pattern is worked following filet crochet, and I have included written pattern, plus a chart for you to follow. I’ve also included links to a youtube video explaining the basics of filet crochet, where you use 3dc squares just as I have. Finally, there is a link to a youtube video on how to do the chainless foundation row which I suggest, but it’s optional, plus several other tips and tricks for you.
