This hat is crocheted from the top down in one long spiral. Fewer or more increase rounds can be done to change the size of the hat. The patterned body of the hat is worked on a multiple of 6 minus 1, so adjust your number of stitches if changing the pattern to reach the multiple by the time the double crochet pattern starts. I used 64g of the Liberty Wool to make the hat as written. If you’re neat about working in the ends, the hat is reversible with a more subtle pattern on the other side.
