May i introduce to you Liberty The Bald eagle.
Made with short eyelash yarn and dk yarn . It measures 12 inches standing .
I have been asked by a friend many times to create a bald eagle but it just never seemed to work for me when i have tried in the past .

But finally i have achieved an eagle that i am happy and extremely proud of.

All pieces are knitted on 3mm needles and knit flat and seamed and sewn together.

ERRATA-

It has come to my attention that there are 2 minor notes that need adding to the pattern .

Once you have finished the wings you need to cast off .

And the wings the last increase row is missing a YO.

So we’re it reads k6 knit to last 4sts turn
It should be K6 YO knit to last 4sts turn
