Licorice Allsorts Afghan
I had never made an afghan before I designed this one! If this is also your first afghan, you’re in for a treat. I’ve always loved the bright, bold colors of licorice allsorts candies. Their simple shapes and stripes make for two square motifs that we can use to create a fabulous candy blanky. Start small (12 squares for a small afghan) or go big (as many as you want). Drape it over your favorite armchair or cover the whole couch. We’ll use six colors to represent our candies, but ultimately the color combos are entirely up to you!
