Liesel is a seamless top-down raglan pullover featuring lace panels running at different angles. The construction of the sweater, with the fronts worked diagonally, is based on a cardigan pattern I designed a few years ago, Cable Stayed Cardigan.

Liesel is designed for DK weight yarn (I made mine with Miss Babs Yowza in the Oyster colourway) and is easy to customize. The pattern gives you suggested body lengths for a short (a little below the waist) and a hip-length sweater, but the instructions are written in a way allowing you to change the length. There are three sleeve options: short, long wider (shown here) and long fitted.
All charts have been translated into written instructions - you will find them on page 4.
