This capelet is warm, eye catching and easy to make! I enjoy using color work and yarn changes to give a pattern an intricate look while maintaining structural simplicity in stitch use and construction.

This pattern is three main pieces: one square, two triangles. These pieces are connected with a simple collar and border added. It works up quickly and simply and the result is elegant and wearable.

I use a simple drop and pickup to change colors with each row but you are able to use any method you like for your color changes. Alternately, you can use ONE color for each panel and just keep working in the round.
