Life (Liv og røre)
This sweater is inspired by traditional Norwegian patterns. There are children, men and women, people dancing, kissing, quarreling, everything while holding each other’s hands. Like in real life.
The two yarns are held together. The sweater is worked top–down, and is almost seamless, worked in a yarn combination which yields a robust, still soft fabric, suited for children’s play. The pattern is placed where those tiny fingers are least likely to get in trouble with the strands on the inside. The hem and sleeves both ends with the beautiful garter rib, while an ordinary 1x1 rib surrounds the neck, to ensure maximum elasticity and avoid a wide neckline.
There is both an English and a Norwegian version of the pattern. If you choose to purchase the pattern for immediate download, you will receive both versions.
