If you crochet with the yarn suggested in this manual or with a yarn of similar strength, your doll will approximately be between 85 and 95 cm tall (34—38 inches).

You can dress it in children’s clothes of size 80/86 (18—24 months) and kid’s shoe size 22 or 23 (infants size 4 or 5). It’s also possible to crochet it using a different kind of yarn or wool. However, depending on the strength of yarn and the material used, the size of the doll body will also vary.

My crocheted girl has a cute bellybutton as standard equipment in this instruction! :-)

Of course you can choose to design your wool child as a doll boy as well. Just let your imagination run free when you design hair and face.

Wenn du dein Puppenkind aus dem in der Anleitung vorgeschlagenen Garn oder aus einem Garn mit ähnlicher Stärke häkelst, dann wird es etwa 85 bis 95 cm groß.

Du kannst ihm dann Kinderkleider der Größe 80/86 und Schuhe mit der Größe 22 oder 23 anziehen. Du kannst es aber auch aus jedem anderen Garn oder Wolle häkeln. Je nach verwendeter Garnstärke und Material wird die Körpergröße der Puppe dann allerdings unterschiedlich ausfallen.

Arme und Beine werden vorab einzeln gehäkelt. Später werden die einzelnen Körperteile zusammengeführt und nach oben hin fertiggestellt. Die Puppe hat keine Gelenke und nur eine einzige klitzekleine Naht.

Mein Häkelmädchen hat einen niedlichen Bauchnabel, als serienmäßige Ausstattung bereits in der Anleitung enthalten! :-)
