This asymmetric triangle can be worn as a shawl or used as a hip wrap at the beach. It starts at the tip with just a few stitches and grows wider and longer every row. The side edging is worked as you crochet each row. An optional edging can be worked after the last row on the end. The sample was made with 540 yards of fingering/sock weight yarn and a size G (4 mm) crochet hook. Finished size 61.5” neckline x 31.5” long along final row. If blocked it will grow. This shawl can be made with any weight of yarn by changing the hook size to suit the yarn you choose. It can be made any size depending on how much yarn you have.
