About the design:

This is an easy sweater worked from the top down in textured knitting with raglan increases at the yoke.
Short rows are worked to raise the neck slightly. The neck has an buttoned opening.
The length of the sleeves and body is easily adjustable and the fitting is slightly narrow.
This model requires only a minimum of finishing.

Children of the same age might have very different measurements. Choose your size after the child’s measurement rather than its age.

Yaku 100% merino wool 200m/50g from CaMaRose.

Suggested needle size:

Double pointed needles size 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm, 15 cm.
Circular needles size 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm, 40 and 60 cm.
Crochet hook size 3.0 mm.

Notions:

1 button, Ø 13 mm.

Gauge:

30 sts and 42 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on size 3.0 mm needles.
