Inspired by the Phial of Galadriel, these “Light of Eärendil” socks are knit top down and feature a slipped stitch heel flap and gusset. While the pattern is written for ankle socks, you can easily lengthen them by adding repeats before the heel flap round.

Sizes (foot circumference in inches):

  • XS: 7”
  • S: 8”
  • M: 9”
  • L: 10”

Suggested Yarn:

  • Dark Lake Fiber Art (75% Superwash BFL Wool, 25% Nylon, 464 yards/100 grams).
  • Note: You only need about half of a skein (approximately 232 yards or less).

Suggested Needles:
- US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needles OR 4 DPNs.
