A friend in AZ loved the look of the ombre’ hats but didn’t want (or need) a heavy weight hat, so a fingering weight ombre chart was born.

Though it’s been written for a 24” head (with ~1” of negative ease) the circumference of the hat can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing cast on stitches in increments of 4, and the the height/slouchiness of the hat can also be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the rows before and after the chart.

The updated V2 pattern is exactly the same as V1, except it includes a Color A/B legend for the chart. If you downloaded prior to 2/20/18, an update notification should have been sent (or you can just grab a new one)
