This lightweight Cape Cod Sweater is just right for those six months in the year that need just a little extra warmth outside. It’s also a great indoor sweater all winter. With the soft drape and stretch of your favorite sweatshirt, but the ‘warm, even when wet’ comfort of wool, it’s the perfect comfy go-to sweater all year long.

The sizes range from 37 to 50. Allow 3-5” of positive ease when planning your sweater for the sweatshirt feeling. Allow 2” of positive ease for a more fitted sweater.

Gauge in the yoke section should be checked to make sure you are knitting loosely enough. However, slight variations can be accommodated when wet blocking.

The suggested skein amounts may vary depending on additional length for sleeves, whether or not you prefer a cropped or tunic length, or if your gauge isn’t correct. Once skein of yoke pattern yarn (variegated) is needed for the yoke pattern, however when making the size 50, you may need a second skein. To avoid this, you may leave the trim pattern off at the bottoms of the sleeves and sweater.
