I like a comfy sweater with a feminine neckline and just a lovely detail. « Lightwood » is the perfect cosy enveloppe, light and warm, with a delicate lace pattern.
For my sample I used two yarns (fingering and light fingering) knitted together at a slightly loose gauge, to create a dreamy fabric.

GAUGE
16 stitches/24 rows for 10 cm in stocking stitch
For this project, the yarns are held together and worked slightly off-gauge, for a very light and airy result.

Or approx 590 (640-690-740-800) 870 (980- 1080 - 1180) yards of yarn with a corresponding gauge.

Note : merino singles and le petit lambswool are used together. For my sample, I changed the color of le petit lambwool just after the body/sleeve separation to create a delicate fade effect. The pattern contains indications about how to fade.

Remarque: le merino single et le petit lambswool sont utilisés ensemble. Pour mon exemplaire, j’ai changé la couleur du petit lambwool juste après la séparation corps/manche pour créer un délicat effet de fondu. Le motif contient des indications sur la façon de créer cet effet “fade”.
