Is it a bandana? Is it a shawl? Nah, maybe it is just like a cowl!
(though this may look more like a pair of underwear than anything I have ever designed, ever!!!!)

This fun accessory is knit from the bottom up in the round… it starts with a 6-row border that has beads slipped up between stitches at the center front. Next, short rows and strategically placed decreases shape the fabric. Finally, your “like a cowl” is finished off with a simple garter stitch neck and classy I-Cord bind off.
