Like a Good Book
Good books stay with you. You read them, re-read them, and continue to enjoy them. You read them while relaxing, or take them with you when traveling.
“Like a Good Book” is an easy pattern, and you do not have to count rows or stitches. You can just crochet and relax, whether at home, or on the go. It’s a scarf and a wrap. It’s versatile and you can wrap up in it, or tie it, or use a shawl pin. It’s crocheted with sock weight yarn and the stitches form a mesh throughout the scarf, until you get to the final edge where you will crochet an edging with picots.
There is no set color pattern that you need to use. You can use two colors and make it as shown, or you can use as many colors as you like, or use only one color. You can crochet stripes or color blocks and use your imagination. And, like a good book, you might feel a little disappointed when you finish it. But, just like you know you can re-read a good book, you can pick new yarn and colors and make it again!
