Yarn substitution
Use a yarn to create a fabric that you will love! I designed this with a woolen-spun DK weight yarn, so using a worsted spun yarn may result in a different result.

I’m also of the belief that yarn weights are flexible, so if you want to knit this in a true worsted or even a lighter DK, you may be happier with the results. I live in Texas, so knitting a looser fabric in a full-sized sweater is something I prefer. Make sure you get a fabric that appeals to you.
