This heavy fingering weight triangular shawl incorporates a single cable lace stitch that comes to us from Japan. It is knit top down, and the stitches cause a pretty and delicate scallop at the neckline, while the small but unique cable contained within the lace, adds dimension and interest. While the shawl looks difficult to knit, it is not hard, and is suitable for Advanced Beginners, with some cabling experience.

The finished pattern measures 86 inches wide across the top, and is 33 inches at the deepest point. There are also instructions for an optional crochet edging, and optional tassels.

The stitches are charted out and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Beginner + - Intermediate (assuming some cable lace experience)
