This cute little hat was designed for a photo prop and it was so popular that I wrote the pattern for it-now a fav at my LYS for lucky little noggins!
Hat is worked in the round, starting with ribbing, then stockinette on larger needles with gradual decreases all the way up to the last 30 rows which are I-cord.
You will need size 7 and 8 needles for whatever method you knit in the round and size 7 dpn’s for the I-cord.

Gauge is approx. 18st. to 4” in the Tapestry yarn.
Will fit up to about 9 mos., but could be made larger if desired. Just add another inch or so to hat before starting decreases and begin with a multiple of 4 sts for ribbing-72, 76,etc.

A great holiday hat but check out other color options, it would be cute anytime!
