Cute and classic socks for tiny toes. Leftover yarn from the Chicory Fields Blanket can be used to knit the smallest size of this pattern. Otherwise, use up left over sock yarn from your stash!

These socks are knit from the cuff down to the toe. The heel is shaped using the heel flap method and the toe is grafted together with Kitchener stitch. Instructions are written for double pointed needles, however Magic Loop technique can be used if preferred. if using Magic Loop, place a marker for each needle change when setting up gusset. Baby sizes are marked with square brackets, children’s sizes in curly ones.

MC - 1, 2, 2, 2,{2, 3} skeins in Muskoka Lupine or approx 80, 100, 120, 140,{160, 180} yds / 75, 90, 110, 130,{145, 165} m of leftover sock yarn
CC - 1 skein in Forget Me Not
or a very small amount of leftover sock yarn approx 40 yds / 35 m or less

Needles

A set of four 2.25mm (US 1) Double Pointed Needles (DPNs) or needle in your preferred style for working small circumferences in the round (see notes) or needles required to obtain correct gauge

16 sts & 22 rows = 2” / 5 cm in Stockinette stitch on 2.25mm (US 1) DPNs, blocked
