worsted weight yarn - Main color (MC) for the head/body & limbs, a darker (or lighter) shade of MC for the ears, green for inner ears, red for wound patches, white for the eyeball & bones, and pink for the brain.

embroidery floss or crochet thread in black & white for mouth and teeth

a pair of safety eyes & a safety nose (alternatively you can stitch or crochet them)

worked in the round - top-down
