My friend asked me to knit her a neck warmer for the cooler evenings as she said sometimes it is nice to sit outside in the lighter evenings and have something pretty to take the chill from your neck.
This took 40 beads and 4 buttons.
Beads can be all sizes but need to have a reasonable size to thread the yarn through. I used 5mm glass beads on this lilac one.
The beads give it a lovely sparkle. I have also knitted this without the beads and that looks lovely as well.
There are so many nice beads around you can have some real fun sorting out what to use and what colours to use.
This is a written pattern, easy to follow and did not take to long to knit.
