This cowl is fairly easy to knit but I have labelled it as intermediate since it has a provisional cast on and kitchener bind off.

The pattern is easy to do and after a few repeats you won’t even look at the chart. You can use any yarn that you have; just add more repeats if the yarn is thinner or less pattern repeats if the yarn is thicker, to get the width that you like.

The cowl has a 3 sts rolled edge on each side and is long enough to wrap twice around your neck. If you would like a shorter cowl, just do less pattern repeats. That’s it.
