The dress is made for the 6-9 months girl. The measurements are: chest circumference 50 cm, the width at the bottom 76 cm, length 37 cm. The size can be adjusted by calculating the gauge and adding more/ less stitches on the needle and working more/ less rows.

I used Novita baby merino yarn which is very pleasant to work with and is very soft and kind to baby’s skin. 50g=230m/251 yrd.

The back and front of the dress are worked bottom up flat separately and later sewn together. Calculations and decreases are made only to shape front neckline.

You will need 3mm needles, cable needle, tapestry needle, stitch markers for your convenience to make this project.

The project is suitable for advanced begginner who would like to start something new and more complicated . Written instructions and some videos are included in the pattern.
