I created this scarf with this beautiful quilted lattice stitch years ago. I got a lot of positive response and finally decided to create the pattern.

It is a self closing scarf. You will create a loop at one end and then continue the length of the scarf. To form the loop, you can either knit the two ends together, use a crochet hook to attach the two ends, or just sew it together at the end. I chose to use a crochet hook, since it was easier for me. That is why there is a crochet hook listed in the materials.

The scarf is made holding 2 strands of the Bernat Softee Baby #3 yarn in Soft Lilac together throughout. The scarf is very soft, squishy, and warm. I used one entire skein of yarn.

I also designed a hat to go along with this scarf earlier this year.
