Simple Asymmetric Triangle Shawl with alternating stripes and easy repeats.
SIZE: 40” x 90” Blocked
MATERIALS: 4 skeins (3.5 oz, 230 yards each) Expression Fiber Arts Alpaca Silk DK yarn. You can use one, two, or more colors. Be creative!
Shown here in two colors: Mystic Topaz (3 skeins - Color A) and Restless (1 skein - Color B).
HOOK: US Size H (5.00 mm)
Notes From the Designer:
•An asymmetric right leaning triangle that grows as you go!
•Shawl is crocheted with a 2 row repeating pattern making it a perfect project for binge watching your favorite tv series episodes.
•Sample is worked with alternating stripes of two colors, but you can use solids or keep it simple with just one color, whatever you wish. Just be sure to alternate skeins if using hand-dyed yarn to keep your colors from pooling.

My inspiration for this design (and name) is a character from the book I am currently reading. The character, Lilith, starts off in the background as a small character, but grows bolder and more confident as her story develops. Like the character, this shawl grows as you crochet and continue adding more yarn. Have a ton of fun with your shawl and be sure to link your finished shawls to the pattern Ravelry page so we can enjoy them too!
