The body of this light and airy cardigan is worked in one piece. The lace front bands are worked at the same time as the body, with the lace pattern carried through onto the back shoulders. The sleeves are worked in the round. The shoulders are seamed with a 3- needle bind-off, so the only sewing involved is in setting in the sleeves. The lace pattern is a 6-row repeat and with a gauge of 6 rows/inch, the length of either the body or sleeves can easily be adjusted.
