Lilium is knit seamlessly from the top down and in the round. Its a-line shape, flowing fabric and tiny hint of lace make it a perfect summer piece, and the silk merino yarn used gives it just that little bit extra. It combines many techniques such as lace, folded hems, welts, short rows (lots of short rows), shaping, ribbing, picking up stitches and four types of increases - whew! While Lilium may not be the simplest of knits, it certainly is rewarding.

Sizes
Shirt is to be worn with 3-6” / 7-15 cm of positive ease at bust. Bust measurements include the fabric created by the gathers at the front, and there should be enough ease to give those some room to show. No ease, or negative ease, will cause these gathers to flatten out and the collar and lace panel to pull. If you are between sizes, choose the larger of the two for the best fit. Model is wearing size XL with 4.5” / 11 cm of positive ease.

Pattern includes 9 sizes ranging from 30.5” - 61.25” finished Bust measurement and has a detailed schematic so you can choose your best size.
