Sizing and FINISHED item chest circumference
Newborn (3 mo, 6 mo, 1 yo, 2 yo, 4 yo, 6 yo, 8 yo)
16 (17.5, 19, 20, 21.5, 25, 26.5, 29) inches of chest circumference
Size should be chosen according to your child’s chest size, not after age labels, as length can be adjusted.

Materials
• 175 (200, 230, 250, 300, 375, 500, 700) yards of worsted weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge (yardage is given for the short sleeves version)
For long sleeves, you should use an additional 40 (50, 50, 70, 85, 100, 125, 150) yards (approximation)
• 16’’ (or bigger) circular needle and double pointed needles (DPNs) US # 7 (4.5 mm) or any size required to obtain the stockinette stitch gauge
• Other : 5 stitch markers, stitch holders, 1 button (about 0.75’’)
