Some years ago, I saw this kind of ornament in the German knitted lace books.
I was fascinated by the beauty, and I wanted to make a pattern myself.
I needed some years to make, finally I could make this pattern.

In those German knitted lace books, laces cover tight the surface of the ball and pattern of laces are looked clearly.
Laces of sample ornaments I made cover balls a little loose because I wanted to show the lovely unevenness of knitted laces.
Please make the tension of the laces as you like.
