For the best results with these crochet Peonies, I suggest using crochet thread size #10 paired with a 0.8-1.2mm hook. I find DMC’s Cebelia or Babylo to work best, but any similarly sized thread should work well.
Some parts of the flower require thinner thread, such as crochet Pearl cotton #8 or similarly sized thread.
