This original designer knitwear pattern from Award Winning Designer Marianne Henio is for the Lily Sweater. It is knitted in a 100% cotton double knitting yarn in garter stitch throughout. Both the back and front pieces are knitted in one piece. Marianne has added a touch of embroidery around the neckline, but this is up to you.

It is a downloadable knitting pattern book in Digital format. It comes from Marianne’s series of knit patterns for the beginner up, and is inspired by her catwalk designs.

Detailed diagrammatical schematics are given so any choice of yarn can be used. Marianne has recommended certain yarns but you can choose your own favourites.

The pattern comes in sizes S/M/L. This knitted sweater pattern book is written in the new ‘easy to understand’ format which makes your job easy. There is an Abbreviations Chart included.

Total yarn used approximately S= 660g, M=750g, L= 870g.
I used a few scraps of yarn in various greens for the embroidered neck.
