This crochet pattern contains step-by-step instructions (with many pictures) on how to make your own Lily the Frog (or whatever you’d like to name her/him!)! She even sits flat, has front and back legs. Her back legs even have little webbed feet on them!

You will be walked through every step to create and assemble your own frog through this pattern. It is assumed you have basic crochet knowledge and familiarity with amigurumi staples, like the magic circle.

This pattern uses a variety of common crochet stitches, with an abbreviation list included. Though common, the stitches used in this pattern are more than just single crochets, increases, and decreases, so I recommend this pattern intermediate crocheters and above.

Recommended Materials

• Hooks: 3.5mm crochet hook (US Size E)
• Materials Yarn – I used cotton but any type with similar weight will work. You will only need one skein of each.
  • 100% Cotton size 4 (Medium Weight) Bright Green by “I Love This Cotton!”
  • 100% Cotton size 4 (Medium Weight) Forest Green by “I Love This Cotton!”
  • 100% Cotton size 4 (Medium Weight) Pink by “I Love This Cotton!”
  • 100% Cotton size 4 (Medium Weight) Ivory by “I Love This Cotton!”
• 12mm plastic safety eyes with washers (x2).
• A small amount of white embroidery floss for color around the eyes.
• Stuffing

Finished Size
If you use the recommended yarn, your finished Lily will be roughly 5 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 4 inches tall.
