Lime Pop was inspired by the Shawlography MKAL by Stephen West, the 2021 mystery knit along. The hat features one stitch pattern used in the shawl, all 5 colors used in the MKAL, and a double brim for added warmth and coziness.

The hat is knitted by holding two strands of fingering weight yarn together.

Needles
Circular needles: US 4 and US 6 in 40 in./100 cm length.

The sample hat was made in Merlino by Walk Collection (90% superwash merino, 10% linen; 394 yds / 360 m per 100 g)

C1: Volcanic Sand; 118 yds / 108 m
C2: Lime Soda; 79 yds / 72 m
C3: Stone; 114,25 yds / 104,5 m
C4: Hey Grey; 66,75 yds / 61 m
C5: Salmon; 27,5 yds / 25 m

You could also use a DK weight yarn and use only 2 colors. In this case you will need:
MC: approximately 175 yds / 160 m
CC (triangles): approximately 66 yds / 60 m

Lime Pop est un bonnet inspiré par le châle Shawlography de Stephen West, qui était le châle mystère cette année. Il reprend un motif du châle, les 5 couleurs utilisées dans celui-ci, et comprend un revers plié vers l’intérieur pour un résultat ultra chaud et douillet.

Le bonnet est tricoté en laine fingering/chaussette double.

Aiguilles circulaires 3,5 mm et 4 mm de 100 cm.
