Hiking along the trial the leaves crunch under my footing to expose the earth hiding below. The lace of the leaves give way with every step creating a beautiful mosaic of hidden colors. I wanted to replicate this with simple stitches under lace work. Not only to show the beauty of both colorways and simple stitches, but simultaneously creating a reversible hat.

This hat is reversible and is worked from crown to crown with no seaming!!
