This pattern is for a knitted messenger or shoulder bag for Blythe. It can be whatever shape and size you like.

The body of this bag is knit flat and the strap worked as icord on size 0 (2.0mm) double-pointed needles using lace weight yarn.

The body of the bag is knit in one piece and the strap also forms the sides of the bag, so there is a very minimal amount of finishing. This is a written pattern which includes a schematic drawing.

This pattern was constructed especially for Blythe and is perfectly sized for her body. You can make it smaller for Middie or super tiny for Petite Blythe, or really any size for any other doll.
