Discontinued. This digital pattern is no longer available online.

This pattern is all charted, except for the crown decreases, which are written out. The chart is included in the pattern.

The cables are a bit weird, but that is to keep the inside of the diamonds in pattern. It is also the reason the chart is color-coded. The crown decreases are also a bit odd, but again, it is to keep in pattern as far up as possible.

It really uses less than 200 yards. I had a partial skein of the Superwash, and I didn’t even use all of the partial.

I designed this to look like some of the store-bought hats I have seen guys wearing. It’s like those, except you don’t have to use acrylic, nor will you have a seamed X on the top of your head.

UPDATE JUNE 2021
Due to the ongoing accessibility issues, I am removing all my designs from Ravelry. I am working on getting them up on payhip.
