Linen Stitch Bandana Cowl
This lovely cowl has a smooth linen texture on one side and a pebbly texture on the other, a clean cabled edge and an economical triangular structure suitable for wearing in the southwest but will look good in any style. It can be worn with either side out, so you can get two looks for the work of one!
The linen stitch featured in this soft cozy cowl is a wonderful way to showcase your one of a kind hand-painted skeins of sock/fingering weight yarn.
You could adapt the pattern to a heavier weight yarn, just plan your cast on depending on your gauge per inch. The cowl is knitted for a while back and forth in super easy short rows and then finishes in the round. But don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything special to accomplish these easy short rows. You just knit and turn, no wrapping and picking up, no placing pins or anything else. Just work the rows back and forth.
One size fits most with a finished size of 12” long in front, 4” long in back, and 30” in circumference.
