The idea of designing The Linen Clutch came out with my Mondays’ girls, while I was teaching them the Linen Stitch. They just fell in love with the texture and with the colour options it opens up. We all thought that making a Clutch out of the Linen stitch, can be a fun project and the outcome is very chic-y. I love this Multi Stripe-y Clutch. It is just the kind of accessories that will make everybody ask: “did you make it?”

22 cm (8.7”) width X 15 cm (5.9”) Length

LEVEL
This is a step-by-step pattern, followed by close up pictures to make it easier for you to follow. You have to be familiar with the basic sts of crochet like Single Crochet and Chain stitch.

GAUGE measured on the Linen Stitch after blocking
17 linen sts & 31 linen st rows = 4” / 10cm.

Work your colour stripes following the colour sequence given on the last page of the pattern.
