Linen Stitch may take a little longer, since all the slipped stitches mean you have to work two rows to get one full row, but the reversible fabric is amazing. The right side appears woven and the wrong side is kind of nubby. Varying lengths of color changes make different effects, too. So knit some gauge swatches and experiment!
