Liner Notes 2 is a cowl companion to Liner Notes 1. It requires a lot of stockinette, but the results are pretty nice after a light blocking.

Gauge:
Gauge is a medium/slightly light 22 sts and 34 rows over 4”/10cm of blocked stockinette. Please be sure to check your gauge.

Materials:
Yarn: about 420 yards MC; 350 yards total combined CC; about 770 yards total in fingering-weight yarn. .
1 16-24” circular needle in US3-4/3.25-3.5mm, or size needed for gauge
3 DPNs in the same size used for gauge, or a size smaller
OPTIONAL: a duplicate circular needle. (You can do everything you need to do with the DPNs, though.)
~2-3 yards of smooth scrap yarn
Crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Removable stitch markers
Safety pin, or safety-pin-style stitch marker, or elastic threader—any one of these will make it easier to put the drawstring through.
