Lingonberry Loop
Plump lingonberries inspire the rich texture of the Lingonberry Loop’s beautifully easy stitches. A charted lace pattern, in addition to written directions, worked in chunky yarn combine to make this a fast and fun project.
The main pattern stitch balances openings and texture for a cozy, but still airy, lace fabric. Garter stitch borders and button band frame the lace, providing a clean outline, and equally lovely front and reverse side knitted fabric allows this scarf to be buttoned in a variety of ways, including moebius-style.
This scarf benefits from the choice of soft, lofty yarns and lightweight buttons, and is a slightly heavier weight and narrower width than it’s ‘sister’ pattern, the Lesia Loop.
