Linked Little Squares

I was inspired to create a pattern that looks like you made hundreds of little granny squares and joined them together. This is made in one piece. This is what I came up with.
This is not a pattern for beginners.
Use the crochet hook that goes with your yarn, or what is recommended on the yarn label.
Pattern is made for 5 squares by 3 rows, but you can make it whatever size you like.
Video adds a granny border to the sample so it can be joined with other granny squares.
I used medium worsted weight yarn and a J/10 (6 mm) crochet hook in the tutorial.
My piece came out to measure 7.5 x 4 inches. (18 1/2 x 10 cm).
