This little Angel works as both a christmas ornament and a toy/finger puppet. She is knit in the round from the bottom up, and then an i-cord halo and embroidered facial features are added. The wings, knit flat, are added last. She is simple and takes only an hour or two to complete.

Great for the scraps of extra yarn you have lying about.

Although exact gauge is not important for a figurine, you should choose yarn and needles that combine to create a firm, stiff fabric, so that your angel holds her shape. This often means picking a needle one or two sizes smaller than that recommended on the yarn label.
