Little Bear Winter Hat
This knitted baby hat is the perfect accessory for those cute winter pictures of your little bear playing in the snow. This design has basic stripes which is good practice for beginning colourwork and is a great beginner knitting pattern for learning how to pick up stitches. Keep your baby’s ears toasty warm with this stylish winter hat.

A Decade of Patterns - The Canon Years
This particular pattern was the third winter hat pattern that I created back in 2017. My idea for this design came from my failed attempt to make Bernat’s Li’l Polar Bear Hat. I couldn’t figure out how to seam it together and cinch the ears. (I was still kind of a newbie knitter at this point) So The Little Bear Winter Hat was born out of my frustration of not being able to understand a knitting pattern. So when it’s “All Greek” to you… sometimes it’s easiest to just make it up!
