Little Birches is narrow rectangular shawl with lacy edges worked in two colors. This soft yet crisp wrap is easy to wear across your shoulders all year round. It looks equally pretty looped loosely around the neck with its lacy ends in two different colors draping softly toward the front. At 10″ wide, Little Birches is wide enough to be a wrap, and airy enough to be a scarf. The leafy lace edges make for some knitting fun while the stockinette portion is perfect for car or commute knitting. Little Birches in worked from the lacy ends inward, then joined at the center using the Kitchener Stitch.
